KIKO is my true love!

Kiko Make Up Haul 2015

Well hey there KIKO Milano, did it hurt when you fell from heaven?

Okay, I've offcially found my 2015 make-up brand of choice - welcome to my make-up drawer and my life KIKO cosmetics, I never knew there was a hole until you came along...

I had heard here and there about KIKO from various youtubers - Gab Lindley to be specific (velvetgh0st - watch her she's awesome!) - but had never ventured to buy some because the main outlet to purchase is the internet, and I don't know about you guys but unless you know or have swatched in-store what you are buying,  don't like to spend good money on something that may not suit me etc etc!

Lets fast forward to going back to London for some work after Christmas day then being slightly too close by to Westfields (White City) and having slightly too much Christmas cash on my person...

Well folks, what you're viewing in these photos today is my mega make-up haul...erm - #beautybloggerproblems

Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot

That day I only aimed to go to MAC & to Boots. MAC had just restocked Plumful to my total delight, and I needed a few skincare basics for my trip up to manchester (which I was going to the next day) - so nothing too big. Does anyone else struggle with that major spending bug thing the minute they walk into Boots? For those of you not in the UK I had this same feeling at both a CVS & an Ulta, oh god, Ulta how I miss thee.

I ended up picking up a couple of nail polishes which are Essie in Lady Danger & Revlon Gel Envy in Checkmate, some translucent blotting/finishing power which was Soap & Glory - One Heck of a Blot! (who doesn't always need a multi-use powder, c'mon girls!) and a Seventeen (boot's teen own brand make up line) concealer. Sidebar - I think that the Seventeen Stay Time Concealer is actually better than the Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer because the shades are more of a true match to real skin tones - I chose 'Extra Fair'.

Essie Bahama Mama & Revlon Colourstay Gel Envy Checkmate

So in Westfield I by chance stumbled upon the KIKO Store, just as I looked up trying to get my bearings when I was wandering out of the MAC store - result!

Its the tiniest store(look see here!), but the staff are lovely and don't disturb you when you're browsing which for me is the best thing in a tiny branded cosmetic store - a girl gotta swatch in peace, ya dig?

The products I got from KIKO are as follows:
  • Precision Eyebrow Pencil in 04
  • Velvet Mat Lipstick in 614 'Dark Berry'
  • Precision Lip Pencil in 302 'Natural Pink'
  • Precision Lip Pencil in 307 'Fire Red'
  • Ultimate Pen Longwear Liner in Black - AMAZING!
  • Colour Fever Eyeshadow Palette in 100 'Unexpected Rosy Taupe'
All of these products have been absolutely amazing so far! I also bought two brushes which I'm impressed with but cannot for the life of me remember the numbering of them!

This little selfie right here is a face (not including the base which is Diorskin Forever in shade 010) full'a KIKO, that eyeliner, oh my!

Have you tried KIKO? What are your thoughts if yes and would you if no?
