My Skincare Routine | Skincare Week

Welcome to another Skincare week post, hope you are all enjoying it so far! Today I will be giving you a little rundown of what I slap on my face at the moment, in what order and what things I use!

Step One - Cleanse: Superfacialist Vitamin C+ Cleansing Oil
This is one of my favourite cleansers, it is one of the lightest oil cleansers I've used while still being a thorough and effective cleanser, it gets everything off! The other three I rotate between are Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish,  No. 7 Cleansing Oil & Elemis Collagen Cleansing Balm which is lush.

Step Two - Mist: Caudalie Beauty Elixir
This by far my favourite step & the product I repurchase the most often. My skin drinks mists, Caudalie's Beauty Elixir & Grape Water are my favourites for that extra dash of moisture that I need. I really want to try a Kate Somerville mist or Tata Harper mist next!

Step Three - Exfoliate: Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Pads
Exfoliation is a very recent thing for me. I always thought I had really dry skin as something that was genetic and not solvable, however after reading the bible ( I realised that I needed acid, stat. What I had was actually (TMI) dead skin on my face, horrifying, and it needed some gentle exfoliation to remove it and keep the skin on my face in tip top condition. Plus foundation application has been an absolute pleasure since this discovery!

Step Four - Serum: Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair
I've raved about this before on here as one of the products I've tried thats worth the hype. Its a brilliant 'all-rounder' serum that works perfectly into my routine. I go between this and Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum (on especially dehydrated days) and my skin feels tighter and more nourished.

Step Five - Moisturise: Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rich Cream
Moisturiser is always something I have used and loved. I have tried everything and I'm always looking for that perfect do-it-all product. I have been using this for around 3 weeks now and I really love it both with a bare face or worn under makeup. I'm also a fan of a classic pot of Nivea Creme when things get super dry in the winter months, so I will be sure to crack a pot of that out soon!

Weekend Step - Mask: Pumpkin Enzyme Mask
If you have been keeping up with skincare week, you will already know my great love for this mask! I use it once a week and it buffs away all the weeks grime and build up in 5 minutes, leaving me with beautiful soft, refreshed skin.

The one thing I can see is glaringly missing from my routine is an Eye Cream, I am really keen to invest in one, so any suggestions you have, leave below! Hope you enjoyed my little skincare rundown!

Whats your favourite product in your routine?
